Remote-Assessments
During the lockdown period, we have implemented more than 60 individual assessments as remote variants since March 16th. A follow-up survey conducted among the participants in May 2020 showed a very positive response:
A total of 78% of the participants rated the remote assessments in this anonymous, online-based survey as “better than expected” (64%) or even “very good” (14%).
From the participant’s perspective, there are no statistically significant differences between the participant group “Remote Assessment” (n=28 feedback providers, participation period March 2020 – May 2020) and the participant group ” Face-to-face Assessment” (n=48 feedback providers, period October 2019 to February 2020).
It seems remarkable that the fit of the exercises in remote approaches tends to be rated even higher than in face-to-face approaches.
