Supporting complex decision-making and development processes through evidence-based, fair, and economically robust approaches drives my thinking and actions in my responsibility at and for aestimamus. What motivates me most is advancing the combination of science and practice for the benefit and added value of our clients and participants—as a diverse and dedicated team.

Co-Managing Director of aestimamus since 2025 and consultant with the company since 2017. Psychologist specializing in Work, Organizational, and Business Psychology (M.Sc., Ruhr University Bochum). Areas of expertise include psychological (personnel) assessment, personality psychology, and research on proactivity and leadership. Responsible for the design, execution, and reporting of individual assessments (Management Excellence and Executive Potential). Holder of License E for professional personnel assessment in accordance with DIN 33430. Practical experience in corporate talent development as well as in the scientific development of psychometric testing instruments for HR applications. Also engaged in officiating activities as a football referee at professional level.

Contributing to the goal of achieving an optimal match between individuals and positions—for both people and organizations—has motivated me for more than 20 years. Taking into account the diverse contextual factors of our clients continues to inspire me anew. Furthermore, I consider the connection between science and practice to be both highly valuable and beneficial for our clients.

Co-Managing Director of aestimamus since 2025 and in the company since 2014. PhD (University of Bonn); Diploma in Psychology (University of Mainz). Judith has several years of experience in various HR roles, including as an HR Business Partner. Doctorate in the field of personnel assessment. Three years of professional experience in management diagnostics at Kienbaum, most recently as a Project Manager. Extensive experience in conducting assessment procedures in both individual and group settings, as well as in coaching and training. Lecturer in Business Psychology at CBS International Business School (2020–2023).

Diploma in Psychology (Universities of Bielefeld/Oldenburg). Christoph began his professional career in 1990 as a consultant at Kienbaum Management Consultants, where he worked for more than 20 years (most recently as a Partner). For over 10 years, he was responsible for the Management Diagnostics business unit. Christoph has personally conducted more than 5,000 individual assessments and has led a wide range of management audit projects across diverse corporate contexts—from medium-sized and family-owned businesses to international large corporations and across various industries. After 13 years as Managing Director of aestimamus, he continues to support the team as a Senior Advisor.

Diploma in Psychology (University of Trier). Initially worked as a clinical psychologist, training therapist, and lecturer. More than 10 years of consulting experience in the assessment and development of top executives in business and sport (including at the ifp – Institute for Management Diagnostics). Licensed cognitive behavioral therapist as well as a certified business coach, sports psychologist, and mindfulness trainer. Lecturer at various universities and business schools.

M.A. in Business Administration and Social Sciences (University of Mannheim). Several years of experience in various HR roles, including as a Talent Manager and specialist in personnel development. Five years of professional experience in management diagnostics with the Kienbaum Group in Singapore. Extensive experience in conducting assessment procedures in both individual and group settings, delivering leadership training, and developing talent management concepts, feedback systems, career models, and performance review processes.

Experience in independent management and organizational consulting as well as serving as Managing Director of a start-up based in Cologne. Previously, five years at Kienbaum Consultants International in the areas of Diagnostic & Development and Organizational Development. Areas of expertise include the design and implementation of diagnostic procedures (individual and group settings) for evaluation or development purposes, competency management—including the development and introduction of competency models, role and skill management at the organizational level—as well as systemic coaching (certified).

Beate began her professional career in the HR field as a recruitment consultant at ift – Institute for Training and Management Consulting, and later in an international FMCG corporation. She subsequently moved into classical consumer goods marketing and held various marketing positions with national and international responsibility for 15 years across several blue-chip companies, most recently as a Global Marketing Manager. She later worked as an independent consultant on HR and marketing projects.

In these roles, she provided internal support and assistance to management and served as a point of contact for external clients and suppliers on administrative matters. At aestimamus, Annette is responsible for accounting and invoicing.
