We are pleased to welcome Dr. Tilmann Knoll to aestimamus as of 1 March 2026.

In his role as Principal, he will be responsible for executive diagnostics engagements as well as for leading projects in transformation advisory and C-level team development. This further enhances our ability to respond to the growing demand for high-quality Executive Diagnostics with flexibility and reliability.

Most recently, Dr. Knoll was responsible for Global People and Culture Management at Axel Springer SE, following his role in Executive and Talent Management at Deutsche Bahn. He brings extensive experience in the selection and development of senior leaders in international top-executive contexts, as well as in the strategic advisory of top management teams.

“We are very pleased that Tilmann complements aestimamus not only through his professional expertise, but also through his personal and cultural fit. This enables us to continue providing the analytically rigorous and human-centered advisory services that aestimamus has stood for over the past 14 years.” – Dr. Judith Hankes, Managing Director.

“In times of overarching economic and technological change, a systemic perspective on management, leadership, and culture is a decisive success factor for the selection, development, and integration of top executives. Tilmann embodies exactly this perspective – through both experience and mindset.” – Niclas Erdmann, Managing Director.

“Ultimately, organizational success is determined by the quality of leadership. In Executive Diagnostics, aestimamus has long combined conceptual depth with a clear value-driven approach – something that highly resonates with my attitude. I look forward to working with the team to support executives and organizations in identifying leadership potential and making it effective through the right alignment of person, role, and context.”
