Graduate Psychologist (Bielefeld University / Oldenburg), started his professional career in 1990 as a consultant at Kienbaum Management Consultants. There he worked for more than 20 years – most recently as a partner – for more than 10 years in charge of the Business Unit Management Diagnostics. Christoph has personally conducted more than 4,500 individual assessments and a variety of management appraisal projects – in different corporate contexts: in medium-sized companies / family businesses and large international corporations, as well as in various industries: e.g. Production, Finance, Retail, Energy, Professional Services.
Dr. Judith Hankes
PhD (University of Bonn); qualified psychologist (University of Mainz). Many years of professional experience in diverse aspects of HR management, including responsibilities as HR business partner. Doctorate research on aptitude diagnostics; various teaching assignments. Three years of experience in the management diagnostics unit of Kienbaum, most recently as Project Manager. Provision of individual and group assessment procedures, coaching, and training.
Communication and media studies graduate. Certified business trainer and process consultant. Seven years of experience in management diagnostics at Kienbaum with a long-standing track record in international project management (HR and industries) in a diverse range of industries. Professional focus: Individual and group assessments, management audits, status quo analyses, and development centers.
Graduate Psychologist (University of Münster), Consultant for aestimamus. Professional focus: Social skills in leadership, psychological diagnostics in practice and research, professional didactics, online application of personnel selection and development methods. Most recent position as freelance consultant in Management Diagnostics for Kienbaum; international experience in South-East Asia and China.
Business Psychologist, B.Sc. (Ruhr-University Bochum). Professional focus: psychological diagnostics, personality psychology, leadership, and coaching. Conception and implementation of individual assessments, development centers and potential analyses, development of assessment instruments. Practical experience in human resource development as well as scientific research on and development of psychometric test methods. Extra-professionally responsible for the technical operation of the Video Assistant Referee System in Germany’s 1st Football Division.
Business Psychology, M.Sc. (Ruhr-University Bochum). Professional focus in the field of diagnostics (personnel selection) and training. Conception and implementation of individual assessments, status quo appraisals and development centers. Experiences in staffing service, human resource development as well as the consulting business in general by managing a students’ management consultancy.”
Psychologist, M.Sc. (University of Mainz). Professional focus: psychological diagnostics, leadership, resilience, change management. Conception and conduction of single and group assessments, management audits, location analysis, development-center and theme-centered trainings. Recently, research at the University of Mainz and University of Arizona (Tucson, USA).

Professional focus: Psychological diagnostics; conceptual design and execution of diagnostic procedures and subject matter training; most recent responsibilities in psychological counselling, diagnostics, and prevention in medical and occupational therapy.
Diplom-Volkswirtin (Humboldt University Berlin). Several years of experience in investment banking with focus on the energy market and energy companies. In doing so, drawing up energy-specific detailed analyzes, valuation reports and company valuations as well as coordinating transaction-related activities in national and international M & A projects.
MSc Psychology (University of Münster). Professional focus: Psychological diagnostics; conceptual design and execution of individual and group assessments, management audits, status quo analyses, development centres and subject matter training. Experience in strategic and operational personnel and organizational development (among others, banking, insurance, trade, transport and logistics). International experience in France and Canada
Qualified secretary. 40 years of professional experience for a variety of companies and enterprises, including 26 years with Kienbaum Management Consultants GmbH in Gummersbach. Since 2016 with aestimamus, providing the consultants regarding organization and project management support.
